These terms and conditions apply to the photography services, interpretation/translation, local experience support, and nature observation services provided by our company. We offer stargazing/location photography, night observation, and language support around Ishigaki Island, with details specified on each page or in the confirmation notice upon booking.
About Reservations, Pricing, and Payment Methods
Reservations are confirmed upon our notification. Fees are as quoted, and payment methods such as credit card, bank transfer, or on-site payment are available. Prepayment may be required to secure the booking, and any associated costs such as bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation and Important Notes
Cancellations due to customer circumstances are subject to our standard policy. Tours may be cancelled or changed due to weather or safety reasons. If you are late, the tour time will be shortened, and no-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse participation if you do not follow staff instructions or engage in disruptive behavior.
Disclaimer & Data Policy
Delivery times for photography data will follow the provided guidelines, but we cannot guarantee photography due to natural phenomena. We are not responsible for damages caused by the natural environment or third-party actions, nor for lost or stolen luggage. In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction over our company's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
